Hello, I booked appointment today i.e, 26th November 2020 at 11 am. I got a call from the clinic asking me to come at 11:30 am since the doctor was in surgery. I went at 11:30 am today and they asked me to pay 800 as consulting fees which I paid. Now, after I paid 800 rupees, they said still it would take one hour for doctor to come. I asked them is this the way to attend or treat a patient? If you have told the doctor is not available for another hour I could have rescheduled the appointment from home itself using practo and now after you charged 800 from the patient and then you told that doctor is not available, what that dose mean, a pure money right. Now they have rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow. I am totally disappointed with the staff over their who are talking to me rudely and hurting my feelings. To reschedule the appointment I could have done using practo sitting at my home itself, what's the use of going to clinic. A server action is required to take against these receptionist fellows. I need justification for this. Doctor was nice and I am getting right treatment and he was very patience and attended me in detail. But the staff is not up to the mark. Also, I was suggested to have a semen's test. The washrooms were unhygienic and how once can ejaculate and give the sperm in such a bad smell and more over the results may impact by the inappropriate quantity due to the smell and feel. Done with Vasectomy Surgery.

I have visited Men's Clinic Dilsukhnagar on 20th July 2018 for the first time to enquire about Vasectomy / Mens Family Planning Operation.

Dr Srinivas garu is one of the excellent doctors in Hyderabad, not only for Vasectomy, also for all other male sexual related problems.

Doctor diagnosed and told me to do a blood test and then we can go for the surgery. I have given the blood sample on the same day and collected the reports on next day 21st July 2018. They charged 5400/- for all the blood test related to surgery. And doctor have given me the date of 23rd July 2018 for Vasectomy Surgery at his Kukatpally Branch. They charge 12000/- for the surgery. I have followed the doctors instructions pre surgery. And now am done with the vasectomy surgery.

Today, it's 1 day after my Vasectomy. The have given me complete body anesthesia instead of just near the testis/surgery area. I could able to walk and climb stairs. But little bit uncomfortable. There is no pain as of now. I could able to pass urine as usual. Today morning I also had my early morning erection. Didn't face any problem so far.

Dear Doctor,Initially, you assured me that my sperm count would increase from zero, given my azoospermia diagnosis. You were fully aware of my complete medical history at that time. Dr srinivas is excellent met him on seeing his reviews I had low sperm court met so many senior andrologists on this issue but not improving but after talking to him for 10 minutes I felt comfortable and I am sure that I am in right hands his knowledge in andrology is excellent me very clearly he did little tests, he didn't write all the expensive test which I have been doing for so long he did small microsurgery I was sent home same day I was medication for 3 months my sprem court came back to normal thank you Dr srinivas
