Hello...ur wife was never on time for appointments.She was 3 hrs late for her scan once(which she agreed to) and u both insisted on seeing her immediately without regards for other patients` time- who were on time and waiting befor u.all other visits were with out appointments for which u agreed wen u visited. And every time u both insisted to be seen immediately even if others were waiting .In ur last visit (which was again without appointment and in peak hours) u insisted on seeing u again immediately on ur arrival.u both were clearly told waiting time and the emergency delivery doctor had to attend,The need for emergency delivery was clearly explained to u both by the doctor herself by calling u both into her cabin.All other patients who were waiting (before u with appointment) could understand the emergency and were cooperative.But u could not understand and didnot have any regards for the lady who required emergency delivery to save her baby.Seeing this u both were informed that if ur not happy with our services ..u can choose some other hospital for ur further check ups(this was mentioned in ur personal file by the doctor after completing ur scan).All the best for ur further
