Dr. K Lalatendu Kumar

Completed MBBS in the year 2000 from M.K.C.G Medical College, Berhampur, Orissa. Undergone training for DNB in Pediatric Surgery from 2002-2007 at Indira Gandhi Govt.General Hospital, Pondicherry and obtained the degree from NBE in 2008. Then Worked as Senior Resident at JIMPER, Pondicherry. During this period worked independently to handle all newborn emergencies (E.g. TEF, CDH, etc).Developed special interest in pediatric urology for which joined fellowship program in pediatric urology in 2011-2012 at child trust hospital, Chennai. After obtaining fellowship moved to Hyderabad and worked in minimally invasive surgery (Laparoscopy) unit. Since August 2015, I have joined Anukura Children's Hospital as an independent consultant. My special interest is in Newborn Surgeries, Urological Procedures and minimal Invasive Surgeries in Children.
