I was being told for presence of multiple cavities and possibility of a root canal treatment based on the cavity depth. Also was being told for swollen gums. When visited Dr.Jwala Chaitanya, after his initial examination, he physically showed me on TV Screen with pictures of the impact of cavity and drew a picture explaining to how much extent the cavity has spread. Presented me the options either to fill-up or go for crown (root canal). That I liked the most (no pressure on the patient)! He added to our treatment options whether a root canal is needed or not based on X-rays. A Jr. Dr. under him showed me the X-ray outcome that my cavity reached out to the nerve and I had to undergo root canal treatment. Dr.Chaitanya performed the procedure for around 3 hrs with every attention to detail not rushing at any stage of the procedure. His focus on treating best reflects in the satisfaction I have now. I highly recommend his services to any patient!
