Consulted Dr Harshad Jawalkar (Orthopaedic Surgeon)for knee ligament injury where i was feeling severe pain while walking ,Knee Buckling ,unable to bend the Knee completely.

Dr Veerendra (Sr.Physiotherapist) In AIG treated over periodic intervals of 3-6weeks &my Knee instability been Trained up by Exercises,Balance Training,Strengthening exercises and taking a constant feedback. There was no lot many medication rather treatment was smooth keeping on my mind the comfort of the patient.

A year back, my mom met with an accident in which she got brutal injuries like multiple fractures. Her left hand was dislocated, and four ribs were broken. I just want to say that you need to fix a few things at The shoulder Centre. I requested your receptionist to provide the copy of bills, so that I can submit the documents at my office for reimbursement. The receptionist promised that I will receive the bill on my WhatsApp on next day which did not happen. Then I again went to your centre on 06th of December for collecting bills. I was told the Doctor is not available at the moment, therefore, come back tomorrow. Now I cannot claim the amount as the time limit has gone for it. I really do not understand how and why this has happened at your place. If someone is paying you, you should provide the bills immediately rather than giving such inconvenience and leading to loss of financial aspect for your patient. I request you to please fix this problem, this is very basic. I request you to please provide the bills and receipt on WhatsApp or via email.

I knew him from 2014 . He is a qualified orthopedic consultant who has completed specialization in UK.

He gives time to patient to explain his problem.He enquires information about personal life style , professional work , any previous medical record any incident/accident which might be reason .After complete information gathering then he explains the condition in medical terms and explains the root cause finding tests and further procedure.

It is a good thing that a doctor spending 15-20 minutes for a patient for good support.******* * *******************************
