my name is ranjit reddy , i am writing the feedback with heavy pain.
my mother sujatha was a chronic kidney patient, she was undergoing dailsis from jan 2017 twice a week.
my mother was suffering from chest pain on 27th sep 2019 night, we contacted yashoda hospital malakpet they asked us to come..
0n sep28th morning we have admitted in emergency they have checked ecg they told she is fine, dailsis unit person callled Mr. Doctor sudhakar Neprologist told about sujatha patient, dr sudhakar told do dailsis i will come and see around 11am.
dailsis unit person started dailsis procedure around 9,30am , my mother got cardiac arrest around 12.30 pm. there was no 2d echo machine in icu unit we have waited 3 hourd for 2d echo test****** ****** *** ******** ***** ******* ** **** ** *** ***** ***** ******* ** ****** over the phone he suggest just do dailsis. she will get better.
he was very rude to us , on 0ct 1st when we asked about my mother condition and we told him we are very upset with the treatment, for that he told that you can take your mother,,, after spending 4 days on ventilator really we were very upset with his answer.

seriously i was shocked with dr sudhkar answer that you may take patient.
in my family lot of people got admitted in hospital and got good treatment.
i have never given any negative feedback about doctors.
this is the 1st time i have given feed back, hope this would be the last time
later she was on ventilator till oct 3rd she died
