Guys, please do not to visit Smile Madhapur hospital for any dental treatment. They are over-priced *** ******* ********. I have visited for cavity issue observed in inner molar teeth. They have taken pictures of mouth and shown me that your teeths are dirty and said that it can cause more infection and suggested to do scaling. Instead of focussing on main issue of cavity, they have done scaling(which might be required to avoid any future problem but not at that moment). When I have asked for cavity filling then they said that extraction is the only solution since your cavity is at the last tooth where filling is not possible but my finger was easily reachable there. I wasn't having pain in last tooth but they aren't ready to look for other options.
They didn't show the cavity picture and their staff is little weird. I have to follow up multiple times for getting doctor's prescription, x-ray report and other details. When we ask for hard copy then you were telling to send soft copy. When we ask for soft copy then they weren't sending complete information.
I was unhappy with the management and found them very unresponsive. I also did not receive my x-ray report properly.

I visited Madhapur branch and it’s overly priced..!
I went for teeth alignment correction and they did cleaning and taking measurements of the mouth without explaining anything or any issues.. they did not even explain the process and root cause.
Moreover there receptionist was very rude. They did my teeth X-ray which they charged heavily and after I asked for the impression she denied telling that we are not allowed to share the impression until your whole check up is done!
Even after check up she was not willing to share.

I would not recommend visiting the doctor for any dental issues. Firstly, I was overcharged. The consultation fees reflecting on Practo while booking an appointment was 200 but I was charged Rs. 600 at the clinic. I was then charged Rs. 1100 for an x-ray ***** ****** ** ** ********** ************ Secondly, the doctor did not seem to be interested in addressing my concerns. I was told that I have an infection for which I will have to undergo a procedure which would cost me another 5000 bucks. I was not told about any alternative course of action. Also, I specifically asked for some medicine to relieve my pain but the doctor did not prescribe any. Overall it was a horrible experience as the doctor's behaviour was insensitive and rude.
I had a very good experience with Dr. Dilip Kumar. He was highly professional, polite, and explained the treatment clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit, and I highly recommend him for quality dental care.
