I was having consistent stomach pain for almost 10 days on and off. Booked video consultation with Dr. Deepthi. She patiently listened to all my problems with stomach and suggested medication for 5 days. I started feeling normal after taking medicines for 4 days. She was also very responsive through phone and texts. I am overall very satisfied with her consultation. Highly recommended.

A Positive Journey: My Experience with Dr. Deepti Regarding Umbilical Hernia Treatment

I visited Dr. Deepti for the umbilical hernia issue, and I had a really good experience. Dr. Deepti was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to me clearly.

She listened attentively as I explained my symptoms and concerns. After examining me, she discussed the treatment options with me. Dr. Deepti patiently explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. She made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel confident in her care.

Overall, my experience with Dr. Deepti was excellent. She is not only a skilled doctor but also a compassionate and caring individual.

I consulted dr.deepti for anal fistula issue, she was a cool person and explained everything like a subject.i strongly recommend her for any anal related issues.I am yet to go for surgery here.

She is very approachable and responsive even over whats app. I had a pleasant experience with her treatment (Surgery).

I booked appointment through practo as per the time it showed available and now waiting from more than an hour and have been told that hospital tried reaching me to convey that they have lunch today and could not get through.

My point is why was the slot available on practo, i don't know whether to hold practo or the hospital responsible here.

Secondly, when i came i was told that doctor is coming in 10 mins. Nobody at hospital also told me that doctor is not available for next one hour else i would have cancelled and left. Instead they said she is coming in 10 mins and asked me to pay the consultation fees.

Practor and hospital deserves 0 rating and they should publish this as its a genuine case that happened today.

Very much happy with treatment...explained clearly...friendliness. value for the money....even she responded in whatsapp...
