I have recently underwent a procedure for a fistulae tracts with Dr.Chandra Puli garu, London Gastro care at Kukatpally, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding care and expertise we received. From initial consultation to the post-operative follow-up Dr Chandra Puli was incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough.

He explained the procedure in detail, addressing all concerns and making sure felt comfortable every step of the way. He Assigned Dr Naresh garu and he is expertise in treating fistulas is evident, and the surgery was successful with minimal discomfort. The recovery process was smooth, thanks to his attentive follow-up care and clear instructions.

A highly shocking experience:

a) On entering Dr. Puli's cabin, first he told the very intimate details of the previous 2 patients' condition trying to highlight what a good job he had done. Patient confidentiality down the drain.

b) Dr. Puli made us get the "Comprehensive" blood test done at the in-house lab so that the results may be obtained in half an hour and he may provide the prescription. The test comprised:

Kidney Function Test

Liver Function Test

CBP

For these they charged Rs 4300!!

Any respectable lab (Dr. Lal Path labs, Thyocare etc) charge Rs. 1100 for for these tests.

c) We kept calling the clinic after 1 hour to get the prescription but they did not take the call. Finally they took the call and said he had already left for the day and will provide the prescription next day by 9:30 am.

d) Next day we kept on calling since 10 am one in 10 times when they took the call, they said that already he clinic is full and they can't interrupt the doctor. Finally the prescription was provided at 5 pm.

e) The medicines prescribed could not be found at any respectable pharmacy and we had to go for substitutes. One medicine 'Kralfate O Suspension' was particularly difficult to find as even Google did not return an results. Finally we found out that its actual name was 'Macralfate O suspension'. How can a doctor provide wrong name of a medicine?

If he were the only doctor in the community I would not have written this feedback since something is better than nothing. But given the availability of other doctor I would recommend not giving our hard earned money to Dr. Puli.

Dr Puli Chandra Sekhar is a person with international standards having desi affection. He treats his patients with great concern as his family members.

I have consulted 3 doctors in 20 days with acute gastric problems. No one spent even 5 minutes to hear my problems and simply prescribed powerful medicines. My problems aggravated with those heavy dose of medicines. At that time I came to kow about Dr. Puli Chandra sekhar who established London Gastro Care in kphb with sophisctaed equipment with international standards.Immediately I have proceeded to him. He spent about 20 minutes to hear my problems and did endoscopy with highly sophisticated equipment in hygenic atmosphere and explained my disease like a teacher and prescribed medicines. Dr. Chandra Sekhar Puli is an exceptionally kind doctor who treats his patients with warmth and friendliness, taking the time to thoroughly understand their backgrounds to accurately diagnose their problems.

My Complaints:

• who has been experiencing a long-standing change in her bowel habits. Over the past few years

• she reports episodes of diarrhea occurring approximately three times per week

• with up to five bowel movements per day. Additionally

• she has noticed occasional abnormalities in her stool. These symptoms have been particularly disruptive during trave

• significantly affecting her quality of life. While these symptoms have persisted for many years without causing signific health issues

• I am confident that there is no sinister underlying condition. Mrs. Nagaraja's symptoms appear to be consistent witt irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

• particularly given the considerable stress she is under due to recent family incidents

• including accidents involving her husband and child. Such stress is understandable and could exacerbate her symptoms. Despite my confidence in this diagnosis

• I believe it is prudent to perform a colonoscopy to definitively rule out inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

• although I consider this possibility to be very unlikely. This procedure would primarily serve as a reassurance measur Understanding the importance of dignity

• especially in medical procedures

I have been to London Gastro Care to see Dr Chandra Puli, *** ** *** **** ****************** ** *** **** **** ***** ******** ******* *************** he is very good to the patients and gives plenty of time to listen to the patients problem.
