Dr. P. Balamba

Dr. Balamba is a true subject matter expert and sure, her decades of experience speaks volumes for it. Her assessment/understanding of the health issue is exemplary. Her clarity of thoughts and compassion is laudable. After running from one corporate hospital to another, I sensed the Shalini Hospital where, I consulted her, and the staff are comforting. I always believe in legit Doctors who are unconditionally serving the people and pray more such pure/sensible souls emerge in this transactional/mafia world.

After consulting Dr. Balamba, I walked out with great relief and couldn't stop appreciating her for she going above and beyond her call of duty at 80+ years of age. More wind to her wings!

It would be an exaggeration to say that she is the living God. Well experienced and adress the root cause of the problem. Since 8years we are struggling for pregnancy, there were so many health complications. By God grace we visited Dr. Balamba Madam, she explained properly and addressed the root cause. We went for IVF blessed with a baby boy.

She is kind of strict, treat people like her family member. sometimes she will be anger for not following the procedure. Wishing tht God bless her with health and prosperity.

The not good hospital staff is rude, even doctors are rude.

For a menustral problem they take entire family's history. They also take long time for it by asking silly questions such as if my mother had a miscarriage, what does my menstrual cycle has to do with her miscarriage. The staff is very rude, they don't allow you to talk and the post check up room I was ask to lay down by removing my pants for a check up which was actually meant for pregrant women without checking my file or asking me for what treatment I came for. And after I told them I'm not married, ** ***** ** **** ***** ******* they said it's a routine check up. What check up will she do?

Called for the first time on landline and got very bad response from one of the ladies sitting at 8 PM on 18-Nov, 2015 in the hospital. Actually I called from outstation to get information on appointment procedure but she was very arrogant to provide information for our requirement. Later on repeated trials, got chance to talk to other lady where I got correct information. I am not sure, whether the receptionists have don't have time to provide information on main phone number or they are not educated to provide information.

At last I did get very partial information. I have to come all the way to Hyderabad a day before and check if I can get appointment with the doctor. The lady was not even bothering about this feedback that I was about to give then. She said that she doesn't care about it.

My comments are not relevant to Practo related services. My concern is about the staff sitting at the hospital.

As suggested by her I have taken a 6 months course. In the first month she gave a list of tests to be taken by me asked me to come with reports immediately and after one week I went to hospital with reports. After observing reports she concluded that I have no pregnancy issues, told that first 6 months will try with medicines if not Vl try another way and asked us to come next month on 2 day of period. I followed her instructions and took medicines for 6 months but there was no result in my pregnancy. *** ** * ****** *** ****** ******* ******* *** ***** **** ** ******** I treid to explained about my issue but she never listened to me and says it is common if you want pregnancy she said. * ******** **** *** ****** ***** *** **** ***** **** ***** *** ***** **** ******** *** ***** ***** ** **** ******* *** ** ******** ** *** *** **** ** *** ******* **** ******* ***** ******** ** ******** ******* *** ** ***** *** **** ** ** *** ****** ** **** **** *** ******** **** *** **********

Doctor is very experienced and simple lady. The only issue is with the appointment. People have to personally walk-in for an appointment that too only for next day. They don't take appointment's for more than one day. Which is very problematic for people who stay far away or out of station. Hope "Shalini Hospitals" could provide some alternative for such people as many people are dropping out for treatment from a well experienced doctor. Looking out eagerly for help related to appointments by the hospital authorities.

I have just visited Dr.Balamba an hour back for pregnancy related issues. She is very arrogant and not ready to listen us in first place. We had waited for a month to get appointment and waited all day but she just could hear to our complaints. She is very rude and speaks with attitude. I do not recommend her, she doesnt value our problems.

When there an emergency and needed appointment staff people put there put aside nd tell us to call for an appointment... dear staff patients might be in an emergency so do answer there their calls properly or make some other alternative if ur unable to handle so many calls...i couldn't write a feedback untill i fill above things so i filled them. But doctor is so famous plz hospital staff don't spoil her name by doing all such things. If not tell patients to contact hospital directly without an appointment

The Nurse response was very much unpleasant to me and many more. Firstly when the Nurse behave properly and the reception treatment is good to patients the path to Doctor would be good.

The appointment procedure needs to be improved a lot as she was very arrogant to provide information for our requirement.

So here when i tried to book an appointment the response was unpleasant and no response a tall. They do not respond properly and not even say that there is no apportionment for coming days.

The doctor treatment might be fair but before that for a patient the reception and nurse/admin response should be Good.

Overall the patient experience is very much unpleasant and not good.
