Though doctor helped to explain all the problems related to rectum. but failed to explain what problem I have. Straight away suggested surgery. Though I was not in hurry, just wanted to highlight I had to wait for more than 90 minutes. waiting is not the problem, The patient should be informed of how much approx waiting time would be.
