Madam treated me very well and explained everything clearly in a way that anyone can understand. She listened with patience and told me what to do for the treatment and what precautions I need to take. I went in the evening, but still madam treated me with the same patience and care. She gave me enough time to explain my problem and understand everything properly.

It was my first time in a corporate hospital, and I honestly did not expect this much patience and kindness. The reception team was also polite.

Doctor is good..treated our baby well. Listened to the problem patiently and suggested us the medications. She was polite and well spoken.My complaint is with the hospital reception. They dont care even if u book an online appointment. They just place ur file below the order ,ij thw sequence of offline appointments.People who wish to have online appointments to save their time and timely appointments,get disappointed with the way this hospital reception operates.I think that should be improved in the hospital. Hope the Medicover hospital management considers this.

I contacted for skin allergy/contact dermatitis. doctor helped not only with cure but also on how to prevent and avoid further instances.

Doctor was very friendly and explained the situation clearly & patiently. Things to do & not to do.Definitely recommended.
