My dental case was a relapse one , which was treated 10 years back elsewhere.
She clearly explained the problem and the steps she would take to treat it so that I can laugh carelessly again.

Practo gave appointment for 9:30 AM and even on google their clinic mentioned 9:30 AM as the time they open.
I arrived at 9:25 and waited till 9:45, the clinic was closed. It was closed even until 10:00
This just shows the punctuality and care that the doctors here have. When I called the number mentioned on google, one of the doctors asked me to wait for more half an hour and when I mentioned about punctuality he said “we are doctors, we know what punctuality is” - the sheer irony.
When I asked if I want if it’s the same doctor I will meet they weren’t sure about it.
Their only reason for not opening the clinic or not going with scheduled appointment is that Practo didn’t share my number. Just push the reason to not be there onto practo.
What about opening your clinic on time ?
