I have no problem with the doctor but the wait time was way beyond the tolerance level of a patient. More so because I have to attend to two octogenarians and two children. I come to Srikara with a hope to be looked after well as a patient.....

Hoped for better: Wait time
Srikara Secunderabad opposite Railway Reservation Complex. The hospital management and the doctors should ensure the schedule/availability being displayed on Practo is accurate.I booked the appointment with a confirmed note and I called the hospital to check if the doctor was coming. They confirmed me to come by 9AM verifying my mobile number with appointment ID.Upon going to the hospital , I was told that the doctor was not available and I could see any other doctor. Also learnt that Security person answered my call thereby giving wrong information. How can security people confirm on doctors availability. Patients travel from long distances with prior appointments, their effort and time should not be wasted because of improper planning by the hospital management.

Its been a visit to consult the doctor for bone dislocation of ma Grandmother aged abt 65 yrs. She falled sudden and got injured near her hips Dr.Barli sir gave a good breif explanation about the case and possible surgery and diagnosis. He discussed with us about the possibility of success of operation in this case. Hoping everything will be solved soon..

We consulted Dr. Abhishek for my Mother's back pain and my own neck pain. He took it seriously and gave a patient hearing. His explanation of the diagnosis was very clear and detailed and he did not scare us unnecessarily. Did not depend only on clinical investigation but got adequate tests done and even before the test results came he advised preventive measures in terms of lifestyle changes to control the pain.
