Dr. Deepthi Kondagari was excellent, very patient, and communicated clearly. She prescribed new medicine and explained a diet plan for my daily hypoglycemia episodes, and I am satisfied with the care.
Dr. Deepthi Kondagari is such a good doctor with a unique and wonderful personality. I have never met anyone like her before.
Though Dr Deepthi is excellent in treating and guiding the patients on their diabetic issues, the secondary visit charges are unacceptable and felt like healthcare has become unaffordable .
After diabetic retinopathy, I’ve visited hospital 12 days later. The receptionist asked to pay us 600 rs as it is more than 10 days, I said no, he then went into doctor cabin, came back and said for consultation you need she’ll more 600 again. Even though I can afford to pay the fee, but felt it is not the right way of getting treated for a follow up after retinopathy operation, there should be some empathy from the doctors end.
The doctor said she would call after receiving the reports but never did, which was disappointing.
I am very happy with Dr. Deepthi Kondagari. She is very patient and caring, and I felt very comfortable with her. She is the perfect doctor we could meet at the right time.
