It could be a urinary stones. Need to consult a urologist.

My father was on catheter from last 40 days bcoz of urinary obstruction and UTI, he was given medication and all possible tests were done, results indicating prostate enlargement of grade 3 and PSA is 4.1, he is having High BP, and urodynamic study indicating low pressure in bladder , doctor is suspecting it may be a hypotonic bladder, and asked to take second opinion for further treatment and prostate removal surgery and success rate after surgery ? can any one please suggest us something what to do and can surgery be done or not, if operation is done what are the risks is there is any threat to life? and what are the possible solutions to take him out of the risk. thank u in advance.
