I had been suffering with severe stomach pain since a long time before I went to Dr.Varun Rao.He found the rootcause and diagnosed as chrohn's.Since then I have been taking treatment from Varun Rao sir for chrohn's disease from the last 3 years.I strongly recommend him for any gastroenterology related issues. Really appreciated his way of approach towards patients and suggesting the right treatment.

Doctor was not friendly while dealing with the patient, ****** ********* *** care needs to be taken with the patient.

Patient visits a doctor with a great hope, but the attitude/ way of receiving/ listening to the patient/ responding to the patient is really bad.

it was very bad experience, ******* *********** ****** **** ********* *** ********* *** asked to visit his Center nizampet for scanning.Another big thing is attached medical shop named Lotus pharmacy the medicine pantoprazole medicine **** ******* ********* *** ** ****** *** *********** these people charge 190/- for 10 tablet sip.

It was a quick appointment on day 1 but I had to wait for 2hours for the follow-up on day 2. The doctor doesn't explain the root cause of the issue and doesn't explain the issue in itself. After a couple of tests, the first thing the doctor said was you need surgery without explaining the reasoning. The first thing the hospital wants from the patient is to get admitted. I have not been explained the procedure and its complications if any. All I was informed was that the surgery would fix everything. And the doctor was in a hurry all the time and didn't take a moment to chat with me properly.

I visited Medicover hospitals for acid reflux, gastritis problem. Dr Varun listened to my ailments and prescribed the medicines, no explanation on when to take medicines or what sort of foods to avoid unless asked. his replies were in pieces and uninterested. on first visit he did endoscopy and confirmed H pylori bacteria presence through RUT test and could have prescribed HP kit for ulcer treatment but he insisted on second visit for follow up. On second visit he took less than 2 mins to write HP kit tablets which I felt kind of rip off. I would recommend him for only second opinions with all reports in hand.

My appointment was cancelled abruptly without prior notice, it was scheduled at 7 30pm and got a cancellation message at 7pm stating Dr. out of station!

This has ruined my entire day planning, had i know it in advance would have found my other alternatives.

Since i didn't have my appointment, my recommendations in this feedback stands neutral.

I went there for high bilirubin content found in LFT. I was worried about getting jaundice and other physician already started jaundice prescribtion. He nicely dignosed real picture and diagonsed Gilbert's syndrome and obesity is one of the cause to get it. He stopped all unnecessary medicines and given right medicines and adviced to reduce weight. Thanks a lot for your help.

Its always great to meet Dr varun for my or family member's medical issues. He is now more of our family Doctor always ready to help with even non gastro issues also .. An excellent gastroenterologist and a humble human being .. Thank you sir for all the help..
