I come to Birla Fertility after having a bad experience with another fertility clinic. The other clinic did not take the time to ensure things were being done correctly, and I had a failed transfer with them after they transferred an embryo without ultrasound. I did several consultations when searching for a new clinic and chose Birla IVF because I could tell from the very first consultation that doctor was extremely knowledgble.
Doctor was honest about the fertility treatment at Birla IVF, service was nice, and my experience at the clinic was good, support from the staff and counsellor is very good.
