They allow to meet the doctor only with appointment and waitering time is more than 1 hour most of the times for 5 of my visits and if we ask the doctor and staff to stick to appointment time they are saying that appointment is only to meet the doctor and not for time slot and doctor saying this is the same case across hospitals and they cant stick to timelines.

And there is not politeness and respect in the staff at all and they wont respond easily.
