I have visited over 12 Audiologists in a span of 10 years. And this is the first instance where an audiologist didn't force his choice of hearing aids on the customer.
Chaitanya was patient and has spent several hours in getting the audiometry right.
He is a refreshing change from the other medical professionals who, at times. Blatantly push the sales of their preferred brand of hearing aids.
The after sales Support is also great unlike other Audiologists whose relationship with the customers come to an end after the sale of the hearing aid ( reason is simple, not much profit to be earned from such activities)
Chaitanya is a refreshing change from all the previous Audiologists I have met.
