Olive's Pet Clinic, Kothapet

I am new to the city and I wanted to take my cats to the best clinic for their first visit and surgery. It was 30 minutes from my residence but the travel was worth it. Good vets are very hard to come by in Hyderabad.

It was my experience with first female cat as I've always had male pets and hadn't had much experience with female pets. I've had very bad and scary experiences with vets in the past and I was generally scared about the spaying surgery for my female cat Mia. Once we arrived at the clinic, the staff was very helpful and polite. They gave me clear guidelines and instructions to follow before and after the surgery. They also let me stay with her while the anaesthetic took affect. The staff took such good care of my Mia after the surgery. I really appreciated that. They made sure she was responding well before we left the clinic. I was worried that my cat would hate me. But she was back to normal within 3 hours after the procedure. She ate, slept, played as if nothing had happened. She isn't in any pain and I would like to thank Dr. Kadambari for her expertise and super chill vibes with my kitties. They were not at all stressed when she administered their vaccinations. She was amazing with them. Bubbly personality, charming and very funny to talk to. My cats were very comfortable with the staff enjoyed listening to Dr. 's funny cat stories! Highly recommend this clinic. Will be bringing my cats into their care henceforth for all their medical needs. Thank you, Olive Clinic!

I definitely had a frustrating experience visiting this place. Though it's far from the place we live we considered it looking at the reviews. No hassle with booking a surgery date but certain clauses of theirs are implausible . They have sent the pdf document of pre op and you've gotta read that throughly doesn't matter if you're in a hurry and misinterpret one or two points. They don't explain it over a call again which is the right thing to do to make sure the understanding of the client. They least bother about that. Coming to the staff. The front office executive needs to be trained for aleast a basic etiquette. She's lacking a professional behavior. She keeps rolling her eyes and replies rude when a question asked regarding postponing of appointment or anything that deals with money. You cannot question her is the kind of behavior she expresses. I belong to a medical background and accordingly I had the questions and she was annoyed answering those 2 to 3 questions. The amount you pay for the booking can't be refunded at all costs. Doesn't matter how considerable it might sound. You have to pay again. Doesn't even matter how far you come from. She barely listened to me. She told that whatever she answered are the answers of her doctor. On the top of all this mess she keeps talking about the death of the pet. Explaining the seriousness of certain conditions is different but ending the statement with "If not your cat will die, it might die". When I acknowledged the seriousness of the situation already there's absolutely no need of such sensitive statements being said again and again which is really cold. I asked if I could meet the doctor considering her horrible attitude but she didn't let me. Felt exploited. I wouldn't ever prefer coming to this place nor will I recommend.

Great attitude towards animals and parents alike. Informal atmosphere. Staff helped me place my strays back in the car. Dr. Kadambari herself is down to earth. She picked up my stray dog from my car to the OT by herself. Gave due attention to the fact that his mouth was swollen up from a tight string muzzle. Helpful attitude of paravets also. My strays recovered quickly from anesthesia. They were up and about searching for food. Overall, an excellent service provided with top- notch surgical techniques that enabled my animals recover without any complications.

An FB person (from Dog adoption group) has recommended Dr.Kadambari's clinic and I went to get the spaying procedure for an Indie puppy. Pre operational process is so straight forward, and doctor is well on time.

She has clearly explained the post op instructions. She treats breed dogs and for stray pups, the same way. I liked it a lot :)

Doctor's team has followed up the same day on how my puppy is doing. The very next day, Puppy started doing well and is eating properly. I hope she is going to be alright from now on.

I have visited olive's pet clinic with my pet dog for resolving his hair issues and also for his weight reduction. Doctor is so friendly suggested few medicines and good diet which made his coat to look good and he is losing his extra weight. I would definitely recommend this pet clinic.

She is simply an amazing and extremely friendly doctor - both with pets and owner. Glad that I met and consulted her for my persian cat which was bleeding unexpectedly. After listening to the history of my cat, she at first go understood that my cat had more of a depression issue than a medical issue. She is straight forward and certainly won't give your pet any unnecessary medication until it is really needed. I like that! Would be very happy to recommend her to my family and friends:)

The doctor is ****** ************* *** very experienced. She handles her patients with a lot of love and care. She is also up-to-date on the latest tech in medicine and uses the best solutions to bring immediate relief to the animals. My cats were very comfortable around her and the treatments were successful. No hiccups whatsoever. Very grateful to Dr Kadambari and her team. Lots of love from Payesh and Brownie.

Dr Kadambari is very professional and very competent and friendly with the visiting pets. She reassures the pets and makes treatment easy. She explains the problem very clearly and the recommended course of action. Always a pleasurable experience visiting her clinic !

Her friendliness with pets and her knowledge to analyse quickly the health issue with animals is very impressive. Animals are speechless but Dr.Kadambari somehow manages to talk to them.
