This was our first time to use online consultations, but after talking to Dr Rajeev we felt there was really no use of a face to face session. Dr Rajeev very patiently listened to our symptoms, problems and even opinion on diagnosis and medicine. He very nicely explained the illness, root cause, severity, precautions and also cleared our misconceptions. Naina (my spouse) was also very satisfied with the effectiveness of the medicine.
We consulted Dr Rajeev thrice and each time he tweaked the medicine as deemed necessary based on condition, side effects etc. Hence we are overall very happy with the experience and will continue our consultation with Dr Rajeev

I think the prerequisite for a health care professional is the ability to listen out to the ailing person with empathy. I had my covid treatment with doctor Rajeev. He prescribed medicines for covid from day one. Best part of Dr Rajeev is that he was very prompt on chat. He also suggested change in medicine time to time when my fever was not coming down.
