on 19th March took appointment with Doctor and I was the 2nd Patient to consult him. The receptionist left the reception area after she took details and fee from me. Another lady walked into Reception and started sending one after other .. 4 patients walked in and they keep ignoring presence of me

Finally I gave up and left the clinic without consulting the doctor..

Sending patients to Dr consultation in proper order is a basic expectation

Excellent experience with Doctor. Altough the small clinic seems crowded, but management handles it efficiently. Doctor was prompt to attend to the patient issue *** *** *** ********* *********** ***** ** ***** Also voluntarily checked for any other ENT issues with nose or throat.

Doctor was not on time.. i got a call from clinic to reach late.. i booked d appointment for 11:15am.. i was asked to come by 11:40pm.. Even after coming at 11:40pm d doctor was not available.. Doctor comes at 12:10pm and then my appointment is taken again in the normal line for which i had to wait again for 45mins.. So ultimately it’s of no use booking an appointment from practo bcz u need to follow the normal appointment line which is dere n being used since ages

I'm very much happy with the way doctor has helped me by giving his best treatment to clean the hard wax that I had in my ear. He identified the problem quickly and ensured I do not have much pain while cleaning. He cleared all my queries and I would definitely recommend him for any ENT related issues if someone is experiencing.

We visited the hospital with ear pain issue, doctor clearly explained the issue. He was friendly enough to answer our questions. Was cleaning was quick and we are happy with the Visit.

Visited the ENT clinic for issues with Dry cough and cold for more than 10 days, the Dr. examined and explained very well. Medication provided is also good and has reduced the issue now.

Doctor Listens to our problems patiently. Explains the cause of problems neatly. Recommends tests only if necessary.. friendly doctor.
