IVY Women and Fertility Centre, Gachibowli

I'm writing this review after 1 yr journey with Dr Bharati Sudha garu, and my wife is in her 8th month of Pregnancy.

Just like for every other thing in my life, I have checkpoints for my ideal doctor too, and Dr Bharati Sudha garu was the best to address all my concerns. Never ever met anyone like her before.

1. Listened with Patience and understood the key concerns (10/10): She gave ample time to each and every patient (incl. us) to discuss even the very minute details and she never hesitated to answer even a repeated question from us.

2. Investigated the root cause for the health issues (10/10): She thoroughly investigated our case and was upto the point, *** ********* ******* *********** *********** ******

3. Offered Perfect treatment (10/10): Now my wife is in her 8th month of pregnancy, we have opted for IVF, and her treatment was holistic, which includes medication, suggestions on dietary aspects and fitness, etc

4. Not Confusing and intimidate patients (10/10): She is best in comforting the patient, by attention to details and not panicing the patient. Meanwhile other Doctors we met before always used to scare us, saying that, "you are getting old, you look obese, its hard to get natural pregnancy, etc, etc"

6. Seeing Patient like a sibling rather than a customer: (10/10) She is very simple and family oriented, understands all our culture and family lifestyles which play a major role in our lives. And, now we consider Dr Sudha garu as our family member and invite her to all our family events/functions.

7. Uncompromising professionalism and quality of service: (10/10) She is always being very professional and even when we shared about our bitter experiences with other doctors, she used to explain us that 'the other doctors I mentioned are also very senior, and professional and their might be some miscommunication in your case'. She is so matured, very professional and loveable person. And her procedures are to the point and accurate.

8. Hygienic and friendly atmosphere at the clinic: (10/10)

9. Supporting and well mannered staff: (10/10) The staff were also very friendly and supportive, especially Anusha, Srikanth, Keerthi, Mamatha.

Ofcourse, "YATHAA RAAJA, TATHAA PRAJAA"

10. Last but not least, "Dr Bharati Sudha garu is a real women entrepreneur with Morals, Ethics and Values" (10/10)

She is very Empathetic and understands our pain, instead of taking advantage of our situation/ our desperation. While many doctors in the market are not appropriate and fertility centres are imperfect people everyday.

We have been to Avasa hospitals-Lanco Hills, Oasis fertility-Chanda Nagar, Ova fertility-Nagole, Nova fertility-Banjara Hills, Teja hospital-Siddipet, AMVI-Manikonda, Surya fertility-Manikonda

All those places have only one phrase. 'everything looks fine, but you need to opt for IVF soon, before you age. If missed now, you may never get a chance to become parents' And, no one explained us why, we felt that they are not correct.

On the whole, she is a perfect doctor and the specialist in fertility related issues.

Many ppl tell to their children that, "Gods bless us with kids" But, here in our case, "Dr. Bharati Sudha garu, blessed us with our kid" and we have asked her to suggest a name to our kid.

PS: This is not to criticize anyone else. But are our inner feeling and emotions typed as a testimonial. Honestly saying, I didn't see any negative thing in her..

They showed little concern for patient comfort and health* ***** ** **** ********.*** Reception / Front Desk:

The reception team was unhelpful and uninformed. **** ***** ********** **** ********* **** ******** ******* ** ******** They did not properly understand patient needs or guide us.*** Appointment & Coordination Issues:

• Appointments were scheduled ******* ********** ****** ************* • Doctors were often not available at the scheduled time

• Even after calling multiple times, there was no proper response or callback*** Management Concern:

There seems to be no supervision ** ************** from doctors regarding staff behavior. *** ******** ** ******* ******* ** ****** ********** *** ******* **** ************* ******** **** ***** ***** **************** ************* *** ***** *******.

* Not recommended based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hospital. *** ******* ***** ****** ****** ******* *** ****** ***** ******* **** ******* **** **** *** ******* **** ** ********** ****** *********** **** ** ******** ********* * ******** ***** ****** *********** *********** They were insensitive to pain and showed little concern for patient well-being, which is ********* worrying in a healthcare setting.

The reception team was equally unhelpful. They appeared uninformed, ****** * ********** ******** **** ***** ********** and failed to guide patients properly. Scheduling appointments was highly unorganized — consultations were booked ******* ********** ****** ************, ******* ** *********** *************.

Even after multiple follow-up calls, there was no proper response ** *************** ** **** **** ***** *** * ******* **** ** ************ *** ************* ****** *** ********.****** ** **** ********** ** **** ***** ***** ** ** ** ********* **** *** ******* ********* ***** ******** ** ******* *********** ******** *** ******** ** ******* ** **************** ******* ***** *** ***** ********** ******.

I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

The doctor made me really comfortable, and listened to my problem very well. She understood me and then all through the examination, kept informing me of the process. I would highly recommend her as an Trustworthy Gynaecologist.
