underwent treatment for varicose veins, doctor did not meet after operation. Helper gave guidence post operation. During first review too doctor did not pay any attention.

I went to this doctor after reading some good reviews. Was little anxious that he would suggest laser treatment. After consultation, was told that a doppler report is must. So i got it done immediately by him. The entire consultation and doppler and re consultation took about an hr. After this, he explained in detail about the anatomy is my legs and what is laser treatment and why he is suggesting it for me. The way he explained the entire procedure, actually alleviated my tensions a lot. So i became comfortable. But some one here wrote that he felt this entire thing was wrong. So went to another doctor to get a second opinion.

The other doctor didn't even talk properly but he also checked doppler (for free) but didn't give report and told to use medicine and come back after a month. So i was very happy that i avoided laser. But this was the biggest mistake i've ever made. I suffered like anything. Pain in my both legs refused to go away. Itching increased in spite of using stocking. I went back to the second doctor who then suggested laser treatment and i was furious.

I should have listened to Dr. Abhilash Sir. Instead, just to avoid laser i listened to wrong advice and suffered a lot. Later on i got to know that, this second doctor in banjara hills suggests medicine first to all the patient advised laser by other doctors so that they get impressed and get laser done by him later on.

However i didn't fall into this trap and went back to Dr. Abhilash who laughed when i told him my ordeal and said ' didn't i tell you in the first place that medicine doesn't work and laser is the way to go. I even gave you a doppler report as proof. where is the report from your other doctor?'

I was dumbfounded and got admitted under sir immediately that day. Procedure was about 40-45mins. And i got discharged in the night. For couple of days, post procedure there was still mild pain and itching but it came down drastically from 2nd month. And now i am totally relieved of varicose veins. Have mild swelling on foot though, which doctor says is normal.

All in all, i am very impressed by Abhilash sir's explanation, his procedure and the entire experience. And i made it a point to write this review, just tell not to my ordeal about how other doctor's don't give reports and don't write the reasons for delaying treatment and cleverly suggest treatment after patients suffer for a month.

And i liked Dr. Abhilash for being very straightforward and to the point and suggesting cure immediately. Though Expensive, i highly recommend this doctor. Good treatment by a good doctor comes at a price. And i understood it, after suffering for months in hands of other doctors.
