I am very disappointed with my experience and the way my father’s case was handled.

My father was advised to undergo a CT scan of his foot first. After that, we were advised to undergo an MRI with contrast as well, resulting in total investigation expenses of approximately ₹10,000–₹15,000. I understand that different investigations may sometimes be medically necessary, but I expected a clear explanation of why both tests were required and what additional information the MRI would provide.
