Shalini ma'am is very cool, she motivates me so much.. i was extremely resistant at the start but as ma'am speaks she really understands the problem so well. Dr. Reddy’s approach to depression is very holistic. While we focus heavily on the clinical side, he also checks in on my sleep hygiene, exercise, and social connections.
