She was very clear about diet restrictions. The medication she gave me had a few intense things that she clearly explained that cannot be ignored. I used it for 3 months to 6 months and my skin has become clearer and acne almost stopped. I followed the treatment much after she asked me to and I have used it when i felt like my acne came back. Was the best decision for my skin.
