Few Months back My wife asked to reduce weight for better chances for conception to her doctor. During our Visit to Hospital at that time one of my friend who is working there at hospital recommended Ms Sonia who is a Professional Ditecian .

On our first visit to her clinic she checked my wife's weight and studied her blood reports and gave her appropriate diets for her body type.Ms Sonia discussed my wife's case in detail and she told that if she follow her diet, my Wife would conceive in the next 2 and half months. The way she is explained is outstanding .Me and my wife are very confident and impressed. She recommended simple workouts along with the Diet. The Diet was well planned and there was a snack every hour almost and my wife never feel hungry at all during her day to day weight management plans . she had no cravings as she had included a lot of our favorite foods as well (Limited quantity).

Now the BEST part:

10 days into the program my wife had lost 3 Kgs and had conceived. This is a miracle. I really want to thank Ms Sonia for putting us through this program. All frustration of my wife is just changed to absolute BLISS overnight. My Wife's diet has been changed by Ms Sonia and she is progressing with a Healthy pregnancy. I continued the diet with renewed motivation and happiness.

Ms Sonia has done a great job making the diet keeping in mind our likes and dislikes and always suggest us very healthy foods . No amount of words can express our gratitude to Ms Sonia.
