Archana Batra Diet Clinic, Sushant Lok I

I have been overweight all my life. Tried various exercise and diet regiments many times and each time, it failed. I had an unhealthy relationship with food, a stessful life and not surprisingly, I developed diabetes and severe stomach disorder. I came across Dr. Batra on Practo and decided to try a diet one more time. I have been following her advice since February and I've seen great results so far. Here are a few things that stand out:

1. Practical approach. Unlike other dieticians who suggest extreme things that are difficult to sustain, Dr Batra's diet is easy to follow. There is something to eat every 2-3 hours and you won't ever starve.

2. Variety. I don't get bored having to eat the same few things every day. She packs in a lot of different types of food customized by what I like and what I don't

3. Flexibility. There is room for change in her diet. If I see I wont be able to follow what her chart suggests, I tell her and she gives me alternatives

4. Scientific. Her diet is based on the science of food and metabolism. It challenges many preconcieved notions (e.g. people with diabetes cant eat rice at all) and proves them wrong.

Apart from all this, Dr. Batra is highly approachable and is always just a Whatsapp message away. I have been consulting her on phone and never really got an opportunity to meet her yet, but that hasnt affected my results.

Archana Mam deserves a huge salute, I dont feel comfortable sharing my personal details here but in a different perspective if somone is struggling with the issues and stress on the same matter may be my story might help. I reside at poland and with recent chekups i had prediabetics/fatty liver and many more issues including weight issues.
