Dr. Ashu Gupta provides highly customized diet plan that she makes only after understanding one’s lifestyle and food preferences. I underwent 3 months’ diet plan under her supervision and achieved my weight loss target with ease. I lost 15kgs in three months without making substantial changes to my lifestyle. Also, her office follows up on your progression regularly and this keeps you on track. Dr. Gupta is very accessible and I would highly recommend her.
I started seeing doctor in the month of July, at that time I was very heavy all thanks to covid , I gained soo much.
Dr. Ashu does her work with a lot of dedication and passion which reflects in her results. I have been many for my Skin problem and Hair fall. But not much difference. She planned my diet so carefully that after 1 month people can judge slight difference in my skin and after 3 months clear skin with shine and quality hair. I strongly recommend her skin and hair program. Because diet cleanse from inside which reflects on the face.
So, just before the lockdown, to say precisely just a day before the lockdown I happen to visit Dr.Ashu's clinic and enrolled myself with her for 3 months. Considering lockdown and things not easily accessible I thought this was the best time to kill your taste buds and follow a regime in her guidance, people its been exactly 70 days I have lost almost 14kgs and going strong 💪 but its all because of Dr. ASHU AS SHE HAS BEEN KEEPING A COMPLETE CHECK ON MY DIETS DURING THIS COVID TIMES and I MUST SAY THAT SHE IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CONSIDERATE AS SHE TAKES VERY KEEN INTEREST IN YOUR PROGRESS AND WELL BEING . I had never been on a diet earlier but with her diet plans I can easily follow them all my life to be healthy and fit as she doesn't starve you, at the same time her diet is very easy to follow + tasty. She is knowledgeable (i suffer from gout arthritis) and I believe that is a difference between a regular dietician and a PROFESSIONAL NUTRITIONIST.
