We all hear and read about Doctors who change the patient’s life by touching one's heart, mind, and soul. And beyond an ounce of doubt one such family of Doctors who like i always say will become your most cherished family sooner than you would even realize is Dr Kapil, Dr Himanshu and Dr Usha Lall.

Yesterday , when my daughter was not well and despite all prescribed medication her fever was not coming down and nearly touched 104, i texted Dr Kapil and Dr Himanshu Lall at nearly 9.30 pm after trying to connect to my daughter’s regular nearby paediatrician and not getting any response. And as anticipated, a few second later i had the most reassuring, concerned doctor calling me back and asking me to come over . For any parent having such a support is nothing short of a blessing.

He was there near the hospital main entrance when we reached there at 10 pm , despite his long hectic day at work, his being our side , his sensitivity, care and concern are unparallel. I am certain not many can resonate the true essence of being the doctor which is beyond just the domains of medical treatment, procedures and prescriptions, it extends to the emotional support and sensitivity that goes along. Dr Kapil and Dr Himanshu time and again have amazed us with how despite their busy schedule they never cease to be personally be there all through. There are so sensitive and reassuring that all your concerns are addressed with a smile and fortified with best medical expertise, There are no short cuts , no unnecessary sampling and tests, and best part everything is under the same roof.

Both of them were there all through the tests being done , made every effort to ensure not only our 7 year old was in best hands and got all possible tests done and reports made available at the earliest in their in house pathological lab, required no shifting to places or collecting reports from multiple places, visit by a pedestrian ensured best medical intervention, and everything happened so fast and systemically. The well-stocked pharmacy inside the hospital made things extremely easy and prompt, All this when despite such high fever my little one was cheered up, talked to and very sensitively comforted . The rooms were clean, very comfortable and well equipped with all modern amenities.

The staff was very polite, alert and extremely professional. Our experience could not have got any better. Not to forget the café inside where they serve best quality and hygienically made snacks, coffee and provide the basic essentials, an added advantage .

Dr Kapil & Dr Himanshu Thank you for reaffirming our faith in goodness and this profession time and again, You like Senior Dr S K Lall are so truly living the True DOCTOR we all read and heard about, who epitomise full dedication , health care and emotional support to all who come to you . More than that , not only your medical expertise got my daughter well, it's your kind and affectionate ways that has won our hearts and we feel so humbled and full of gratitude towards you and respect this profession even more today . Wishing you much deserved laurels, appreciation and success. Shambhavi calls you the “ Kindest Doctor in this Universe “ exactly her words and also extends her big thank you for the lovely remote controlled bed which she fiddled left right centre and kept herself entertained all through her stay .

Thank you for setting an example on how real doctors care beyond any other aspect. You are God sent for many like us.

Hello everyone

Unfortunately I met incident in 2013 which causes a me corena damage in left eye. That day my whole life changes and Dr. Ashish Lall which was came to clinic at 2 am for my surgery.

It was easy months to stay and manage with one eye and Dr. Lall suggested this **** way we can do it.

Once again I thanks to Dr. Ashish Lall for saving my eye during that situation and mental preparedness how to manage the things

Also i am thanking to God for saving my life.

The doctor did not properly listen to my concerns, nor was my condition explained clearly. There was no structured or personalised guidance regarding the problem.

The overall approach felt rushed *** **** ******* ** ***** ******** ******** ****** **** ********* ************* *** ******** *** ******

I expected professional counselling and clarity, but unfortunately did not receive proper attention or guidance. ******* ** *** ******** *** **** ** ******** ************ I would not recommend this clinic to others seeking genuine consultation.

In Lall nursing Dr Ashish Lall is a very experienced and perfect surgen. My both eyes are now perfect after catrac and I heartly thankful about Dr Ashish and coprating Staff.

I wasnt able to sit since 6 months after taking deep im steroid injection for my injury pain with 15 days of mam s treatment i was able to sit comfortably

The doctor was in a hurry and didn't explain me properly.I showed him earlier prescription by some other doctor and he said that there is no treatment for this and continue with the older medicines ***** ******** *********Didn't try to manage the problem and explain me the ways to do it.

I found the treatment and the postal advice given by him and his team was quite beneficial to me. I came out of the OPT as a highly satisfied person.

We had a nice experience with the doctor during my wife's pregnancy . Dr. Himanshu Lall is grounded, humble & ************* ** *** profession. she always advised as per the report & prescribed apt medicine. Even during water leakage on 22nd dec'18 @ 1 am, Doctor came at night to check if my wife was doing well. Her labor pain started at 7 am . Firstly we never thought of going through operation for my child's delivery but the doctor was monitoring the fetal rate of child which was dropping when the pain started for my wife. She was calm in her approach & said she won't do the operation if it's not required. I trusted her fully & gave my consent. By god's grace, my child was born through normal delivery. I am really thankful to the doctor for all the care & the way my wife was treated in her hospital during pre & post pregnancy was nice. All staff members were kind & professional at their job. I would like to add the cost of treatment is nominal as compared to the services offered . I would definitely #recommend for all would be Mom's. Thank you Dr. Lall.
