Very bad experience. Took appointment at 12.30 , reached 10 mins late. Was told that there are 5 patients in line ahead. No priority given after appointment. Reception lady sent 8 patients ahead of us . We were waiting for 1 hr 45 mins. After asking to prioritise doctor talked rudely and shouted on us. Told us that it's Sunday . But they can't take appointment and then don't prioritise them. 4 year old daughter felt so sick waiting for such long time . Dear Minakshi Your daughter was suffering from itching for 10 days .I have the records. U had taken an appointment a day prior ie on 23.12.23 but u did not turn up .U rescheduled it to12.30 pm on 24.12.23 . U reached the clinic at 12.55 pm that is 25 mins late (My OPD register proves this.I want to share the pics of the same but there is no such option in this section at present) & not 10 mins as u have stated.If u have taken an appointment and are late please dont expect us to break the queue when parents with really sick babies who have come on time and are waiting eagerly for teir turn.Inspite of coming late you wanted ur child to be seen as priority and you shouted at my office assistant for which I had to intervene.You shouted and not me. U have consulted me several times before. If my management was horrible u would not have come to me again.

This was our first visit to Dr Sonali Gaur for our baby girl's vaccination. Must say was very impressed with the friendliness and easy going nature of the Doctor. Our baby girl was a bit restless when we reached the clinic. Doctor Gaur immediately made our baby comfortable and ensured that the vaccination went ahead smoothly. Would definitely recommend her for kids.

Dr sonali is very experienced and very friendly with kids. The way she tackle and make kids comfortable is commendable. She is to the point with treatment and never scares you with unnecessary stuff. After vaccination my son was happy to visit her again.
