Neither the hospital nor the doctor recognised practo booking and asked us to make a new registration via their in-house system. Then they made us wait and then charged their usual amount (INR 1250) which is way higher than what is mentioned on practo (INR 700).

My overall experience with Dr. Bharat Ratna was good. I rate the consultation 4.5 out of 5 and would recommend the doctor. However, the wait times at the clinic were quite long, sometimes up to one and a half to two hours. Shorter wait times would improve the experience.

Had my Cataract surgery done by Col Mann. The pre operative checks , the surgery and the post operative treatment were all more than satisfying. An extremely competent doctor. The procedures/staff at the Clinic were very professional. Waiting time is minimal.
