Doctor changed appointment time in his own - this he did for multiple consultations.
He Was not at all friendly, SOS medication was prescribed as must have, suggested tests and never gave his inputs on the test outcomes either in chat or otherwise.
Not very professional, would rate him 2/ 5.

I reached Artemis on 28th April , 2021 when my saturation without O2 was 30 -40 and after o2 support at 15 L it was not going beyond 80 % .First X ray reveled that 80 % of the lungs not working .Dr Shivanshu treated me for almost 40 days in ICU in the Artemis hospital and my situation improved from a critical position .I would recommend him highly and thank him for saving me
I had an misfortune of him having as an attending doctor to my father. He was not most easily reachable to get information on patient status. Under his supervision my father went into a persistent vegetative state(which he was not able to figure out till he planned for discharge ). His proficiency has caused me and family A great deal of suffering. My dad is in same state for more than 6 months. His actions or lack of it has committed my family to a fate which I don’t wish anyone to suffer.

I have been to many doctors, *** ** ** *** ** *** **** * **** **** **** It is not just the diagnosis and medicines but his positive vibes that heal a patient. His friendly nature with a patient lets you speak all your concerns, stay off the stress that has been persistent due to your disease. You can contact him over phone in case of any emergency, and he himself makes sure to keep you posted if there is any change in the schedule. I would say- highly recommended.
This Doctor’s behaviour gets unprofessional and quite rude at times. Need to work on his temper ! Lacks empathy towards the patients and/or their family members.
