I met Dr. Yogesh Taneja for my Father's RIRS Surgery. He explained everything before surgery and calmed me like his friend. He gave me proper instructions to follow after surgery, what to eat, and what to avoid.

not a good experience, it was a video consultation and Dr didn't give us a complete one minute. Looks in a bit of a hurry and was not even in the mood to listen to us despite the fact that we are talking about illness.

The Dr. is good but one of his staff member is rude. I had booked a follow up appointment through Practo to which this staff called me to change the timings which I readily accepted. When I arrived at the hospital I was informed doctor will come in an hour and when I queried receptionist she said doctor was available at the initial time (fixed through practo) and she doesn’t know why we were offered a new time. On calling back the same number I had received call from we found this other staff was sitting in other room and asked us to wait 45 min (which we did). Still no sign of doctor we said how much more wait to which the guy responded “aapse nahi hoga aap ja sakte ho. Koi aur Doctor dhond lo”.

My initial consultation with Dr. was good but now I don’t feel I would like to visit this hospital again. I understand waiting if doctor is busy but rude arrogance by staff is not acceptable.

I could not suggest going for a treatment. ** *** *** **** **** ********* ***** *********** I am visited two times and not satisfied with the treatment.
