We went for my father's(Shri YKS Thakur) treatment for Chronic kidney disease. My father is on dialysis and not keeping well since months. Dr. Salil Jain is such a competent, knowledgeable and friendly person and he treated my father so well. Though he is the HOD (Director) of Nephrology dept, Fortis,Gurgaon but still he manages so well to give ample amount of time to his patients and answers all our queries. That is the best part of Doctor Salil Jain. Also when patients are on dialysis, dr Jain comes daily on round and attend his patients. At that time also I resolved few queries with him which he answered patiently. The dialysis at Fortis gurgaon is also good and that also improves my father's overall health. The address of the clinic is incorrect. Have been consulting Doctor Salil for the past two years and have been following through for an appointment since the past 1 month but haven’t managed to meet him to discuss the investigations suggested as the appointment scheduling at both the locations is done in the most unorganised manner. The doctor is never available at the said time. The clinic is locked *** *** ** ****** *** ** *** ***** ** *** **** ** ** ************ Despite waiting for an hour nobody - including the co doctor or the secretary are clear about the doctor’s availability but the appointment has been confirmed by them.

We went to consult him for my mother who is a kidney patient. Since he is keener on transplants all advice, he gave was to generate more revenue for the hospital. We were kept waiting for more than 2 hours for advice which we did not need. I wish we had we had not met him.
