Visited For Eye Checkup - General
I was asked to visit twice for a normal power test(usually its done the same day even with dilation). Long wait time and unprofessional support staff. The lady who checked my eye power was impatient and untrained. The doctor is a little full of himself and does not encourage you questioning him. He did not factor in my cylindrical power and gave me an overcorrected prescription. I tried communicating to understand but was told that I would need an MBBS degree for that. So basically, the experience was not a comfortable one.
