Was suffering fro lower back pain for years. Had visited many Ortho Doctors and Physiotherapies and all provided temporary relief as none of these suggested anything else than a surgery to get a permanent cure. Dr Kochar advised some lifestyle changes and a set of quick exercises which I could do at home and i have been doing it for more than a month and i have never felt my back as strong as i feel now.
