Dr Harnarayan is very interactive in resolving patient concerns and listens to these in very detail. He understands that each patient and case is unique and needs to be tackled in specific ways. He is very prompt in replying to any medical or other related issues even in case he is not in a position to immediately attend to it due to other pressing engagement.

I met him an year back or so for some neuro related problem. Below is my experience with details: 1) He was late for appointment by 15 minutes but I assume that much is OK in this profession since some patients or emergencies can take time. 2) Once he called us, he warmly greeted us and was apologetic for missing the timeline. 3) He very patiently listened to our problem, history, and the story which we told him. 4) He was very keen to know more about the past so that he can pin point the issue. 5) He suggested us the possible reasons, explained us in detail about the ailment. Due to this, we were calmed down (earlier we were panicky). 6) He prescribed us the medication with some exercises. 7) From the day we visited him till today, we are observing improvement in our condition. Overall we are very satisfied with this doctor, he calmly listened to us and cleared all our doubts and concerns about the ailment. He was warm in treating us. And above all we are seeing improvement in our condition. We will definitely recommend him.

I have never met any experience doctor as he is in his field. He didn't give the treatment straight away like other doctors did even sometime other doctors behave in very abrupt manner. But when approached him he ask me the detail of my diagnosis then he told me what shud be the treatment and with that he also advise me the pros and cons of that. Sometime I was not able to understand some terms which he was using so he make me understand in a layman language. He is not a doctor for me at least. He behaves with me like a family member. I was taken to the hospital emergency by hospital ambulance from my company( Sunlife Financial, Sec 62 ) on Wednesday afternoon as I had an accident in office and suffered with a severe back injury. Dr Harnarayn was called to the emergency as he is a spine specialist in the hospital. He just asked me that you have corporate insurance and as soon as I said yes he immedialtely recommended me to take admission for atleast a day or two. I continuously told him that I am suffering with severe back ache and I am not able to move. He kept me in hospital for 30hrs and then sent one of his team member to tell me that I am ok and should go home. They gave me a bill of 14,677Rs and asked me to pay it as it can't be redeemed using insurance as they didn't have any investigation report to show to the insurance company. They asked me to pay the bills and go as they can't treat me now. I packed my stuff and sat in the car and asked them to come to police station and give thr justification infront of them. Hospital manager requested me to live for 1 more day so that they can do some tests and prepare a report somehow and then I can go. Doctor immediately called and prepared a report and got the bill approved by insurance company. They took 2596Rs from me and asked me to leave. Today I have been diagnosed with a slip in my spinal cord and my back is plasteted properly.

I suffered from a prolapsed L5 S1 sometime back. I visited dr. Harnarayan Singh in March. He was very patient in understanding the issue and explained me what exactly the problem is. The time spent on explaining a patient of what is the issue and what can be the approach is something which not many doctors do. He gave me medicines and asked me to perform regular exercises. Only after 3 months when i medicines were not working he asked me to get operated. He explained me each and everything of the surgery in detail including risks involved. Yet he provided a strong assurance that was comforting as a patient. I underwent the surgery on 8th June and it has been an amazing one. 100% pain is gone and i am already up and running. The recovery too has been really good.

I would recommend harnarayan singh to anyone with neuro issues. The patient friendly approach really stands out in his case.
