Dr. Chandan Kachru

We were visiting a renowned hospital in Gurgaon since my wife was 3 months pregnant but we were not satisfied with the Hospital, fortunately I get recommendation from my cousin of W Pratiksha Hospital so we switched to it that time my wife was 36 week pregnant her hemoglobin level was very low and we were very concerned of her health and baby. We met Dr. Chandan Kachru there and from very first visit we were pleased with the behaviour and the way she look after my wife. Dr. show her concern about the low hemoglobin and the normal delivery we stick to her advice. we visited her two weeks continuosly and and and in third week my wife gone into her labour and admitted to hospital at night in emergency. Dr chandan was so generous she was continuously asking the condition from on duty doctor at emergency and next day in morning she visited and make sure everything will be fine after 24 hrs since she got admitted dr. chandan came by again for pay random visit but she decided that its the time and take my wife to O.T as there was some complications just before and mentioned it has to be a c section delivery but she also confirmed me that they will try till the end for normal way. after 20 minutes another dr. came out from O.T and called me from my room and declared that its a BOY, and after another 1 hour Dr kachru came out from OT and said the golden words to me... it was a normal delivery. I was very happy to hear that my wife and the baby both were safe and healthy. All credit goes to the Dr. Kachru and Dr. sunita and all the hospital staff who were there and so helpful during all this. I give Five stars recommendation to the Doctor and the hospital.

I consulted Dr. Chandan Kachru Mam for my first pregnancy. She has been an immense support throughout the nine months. She was always available on call or msg and even did video consultation many times as physical consultation was not possible during Covid.

She has always helped me in my craziest of doubts. Till last moment she was determined to have the normal delivery. However , due to some complications , I had to undergo c section. But she tried her best. I would recommend Dr. Chandan and W Pratiksha hospital to everyone. We have been blessed with a beautiful daughter. Thanks to Mam and amazing team. Even after the delivery, she is available for followup consultations on phone , as I had moved to my hometown after delivery.

Earlier, I read reviews about her that she is like mother to the patients. And found this entirely true in my experience.,,😊😊

Dr. Kachru is a straightforward and warm person. She is always friendly, and approachable. Her explanation of matters were very clear and open. She handled the whole delivery process very compassionately and professionally. Her educated and experienced motherly wisdom and skill pours out especially well during high stress times, like during child birth. She is proactive and even reaches out to us. She is a dedicated physician and a big hearted human being.

It was a great experience during my first pregnancy with Dr Chandan Kachru. She was always available on call and WhatsApp in the entire pregnancy. She always treats her patient like her own child. Since it was my first pregnancy, I asked lot of queries. She was always very patient in answering the queries. I was very scared of delivery. She supported me during the delivery also. Finally I delivered a baby boy by C section due to some complexities. I would highly recommend her.

Most genuine human being I have ever met. * ***** ******. She will not suggest extra medicines or tests.

The wait time wasn't much

She has been amazing throughout my pregnancy, very understanding, comfortable to discuss all the issues and keeps us honest. since it was my first pregnancy i had lot of doubts or questions at every phase but I didn't really had to wait for appointment to consult, she's just a call/ whatsapp away.

She made the journey easier.

Even during delivery, she made me comfortable (as i was really scared) through the process.

Dr Chandan is truly a blessing for all would be parents specially the ones like us who were expecting their first baby. I visited many doctors during my pregnancy in gurgaon but didn't get satisfaction as it waa my first pregnancy so we had no knowledge about it. one of ny friends recommended dr kachru and trust me she is like my mother now more than a doctor.she guided me like a mother. she treats her patient like her own child. always insisted on having normal delivery. she was always there on call or a single message whenever i needed her. i have no words to express my gratitude towards her. even during delivery process she supported like a mother and told everyone ye meri beti hai which boosted my morale soo much. I highly recommend her without any second thought. will consult her for any gynae issues or any matter in future. thanks a lot mam. without you this journey would not have been so easy and beautiful. In single line get away from doctor Chandan Kachru and W pratiksha hospital****** ** *** **** ** **** *** ******* *** **** ** **** *** ******** ** *** **** *** **** ******* *** ******* ** ******** ***** *** **** ***** *** *** ************* * ******* *** a single day hospitalization they charged around 35k where patient just enjoyed sleeping on the mediocre room...doctors even didn't visit the patent...only came when I raised the billing dispute...just came to see patient when we got discharged and that too to justity her *********** charges...I would never recommend to visit either w-Pratiksha hospital or to dr Chandan Kachru

My experience with chandan ma’am was very good..She is a very skilled doctor. She always goes for an extra step to help her patients in the best possible way she can.. She was always available on call or Whatsapp. I could reach out to her anytime for my smallest query. She was very patient to answer any of those queries.. In my case the last ultrasound there was some issue which suggested I need to go for cesarean delivery but she gave second thoughts asked me to take a second opinion for the ultrasound and finally Everything got sorted out and I delivered a healthy baby via normal delivery.. My baby was delivered at 3 a.m which was an odd time but chandan maam was always available on call till the time I reached hospital and got the checkup done and she quickly reached to the hospital for the delivery..

She is very helpful and a dedicated doctor.. She is like a second mother to me and my baby..
