White Smile Dental Care- Cosmetic & Implant, Gurgaon Sector 54

My experience was highly disappointing for the reasons I will list below with a little advice for people looking for dental treatments:

1. I went for multiple treatments at once and all did not go well. While one tooth seemed fine the other one I had to go for treatment even after a new crown was put in because the treatment required was not complete before the crown was put. This was because of the rush of treating two tooth at once in one day. So, my advice

Do not go for multiple treatments at once - Get the treatment done which is urgent and pressing. ** *** **** ** *** *** *** ********** *** ******* **** **** Get a second view, please. After you get one treatment done, please wait before proceeding to another tooth/treatment. This will give you the time to assess and be sure of any signs of discomfort/pain or incomplete treatment.

2. Proper break up of the costs - Please ask the dentist to put down and specify each and every cost and process of the treatment, for example, I was just aware of Root Canal treatment and crowning. Though I was told that because of extreme damage, the tooth will require some built up etc. and there was mention of some post and core. when I got the break up of the amount i paid, there was mention of posts nd core and abscess drainage with costs of 5000 and 6000.

The whole point is once the x-ray is done and before the treatment starts a fair deal is to mention all the possible processes in the treatment which has a separate cost.

One should not rush into multiple treatments and make advance or bulk payments. Please if you are not in pain or in need of immediate treatment, get a second view from other dentists, just to confirm. Because obviously, we won't know what is being done to the tooth and what is actually required.

Also he was transparent and his approach was patient centric-what do I really need.

Had to have an emergency molar extraction and decided to call White Smile Dental Clinic. He did my extraction with all comfort. This centre has OPG, so got it done right there. The other tooth with infection was timely detected and RCT was done. Dr Ankur did it in one sitting and it was absolutely painless.This place is amazing. White Smile Dental Clinic is very affordable and Dr. Ankur Jain is an amazing dentist. The staff members are supportive and very attentive!! Absolutely loved this clinic 💯❣

I had multiple treatments here, and I would surely recommend this clinic for any dental issues. Dr. Ankur Jain is very compassionate and ethical with his advice. I always felt comfortable while going through the procedures. I got my RCT done and getting two implants. And my husband is getting the Aligners at white smile dental care. Hands down, Dr Ankur is one of the finest and most experienced dentists. The staff is also very efficient and polite. Overall I had a pleasant experience at this clinic.
