This was my first time I ever went to see a psychologist. I used to have disturbing thoughts related to god and used to keep washing my hands and I had no idea why these disturbing images keep coming. Ms Sonali diagnosed me with OCD. Some sessions were very overwhelming as some thoughts I’ve never shared with anyone, but ma’am made it easy for me and made me understand that was the disorder and not my thoughts. The treatment went for 3 months and she gave me some tools and worksheets to work and helped me recover from OCD. Anyone struggling with OCD, I would highly recommend Ms Sonali Barthwal.

Dr. Sonali is the most friendliest person to talk to. Since the first day I met her, she made me felt so much at ease and I was so comfortable sharing everything with her. She listened to everything that I had to day intently and gave me some really great suggestions. Ever since I have started my sessions with her, I have seen positive changes in myself. I feel a sense of comfort and trust in her approach which has helped me navigate through my emotions and has helped me get a better insight into myself.

She also keeps sharing some anecdotes from her life which makes talking to her all the more relatable and relaxing.

I highly recommend Dr. Sonali to anyone who’s trying to navigate through life and want some effective psychiatric care and insights.

And I will continue my association with her for as long as possible.

She makes you feel comfortable, and does that in a very friendly way. She also makes sessions fun—with the right combination of humour and seriousness. And she also combines just talking with doing activities that make you think—both inside and outside the session. I also like the notes she makes for me, which I can go back to anytime. I have not had that in the past. I fully recommend her.

When you make a decision to see a psychologist you are making a huge effort , i am glad I made an effort to visit and consult Dr Sonali Barthwal.
