It was a holistic and positive experience being there sitting and addressing issues that were deep down buried and have taken the shape of behavioural disorders in my current life. Making peace with oneself was the greatest lesson which i learnt and accepted being the unapologetic me. Somehow this clinical experience has opened my path to something much greater which i have never felt before and i am enjoying the positive changes in me to the fullest. The most important part is accepting that there will be situations out of individual control and after visiting reeta ma’am i learnt how not to let anything that is external affect ones internal frequencies and that was life changing for me.
