She is very clam in nature, explain each and every thing to their patient, clear their doubts. My wife blessed with a baby boy with normal delivery.
She lives upstairs in the hospital itself, so its a benefit that she is always available at the time of emergency.
One more thing their staff is good specially Dr. Shashi.
I highly recommend to others, go of it without thinking to other's hospitals if you want a balanced economical low risk and friendly nature of your gynecologist.
