Soulful

I met doctor Mansi when I was in a very bad mental state. I was facing a lot of anger issues, was not able to focus or concentrate and the time was very crucial to me as I was applying for my higher studies abroad and therefore I had to give few exams and face a lot of interviews but since I wasn’t able to focus one of my interview in the biggest MBA college went wrong. I was all clueless, I started panicking and it went terribly wrong. Even my relationship with my partner and friends was at stake due to my anger issues and all I did was sit at home and sleep as I didn’t want to face anything and sleeping was the best thing I could do.

After meeting Mansi I got to know that I was in depression for so long also I was suffering from PTSD due to some incident happened at my home.

Mansi constantly helped me come out of it and trust me it couldn’t have been possible without her as I met two more psychologists before but I couldn’t connect with them. Mansi had all the answers to all my thoughts which made sense. She suggested me a lot of exercises and other things to do which I constantly did and I am still doing since it’s a process. Today it’s almost 2-3 months and I got admit in one of the top University of the world and now I see things differently and I am able to counter argue with my own thoughts with positive and beautiful answers.

I believe that earlier I was lost and now I am blooming and all thanks goes to Mansi and my partner who took care of me.

For Mansi her clients is her first priority and I still goes to Mansi at times where I feel I am stuck and after meeting her I am all sorted.

Dr.Mansi is amazing in every way ,be it her friendliness or her sincere advice on matters.I have been going to her for more than 3 months and I can see great difference in my mental health and my marriage. Love the beautiful and quiet room that she has set up for her patients. Sometimes it's just the way she talks so softly that calms you down ,and you go into a zen mode after talking to her . Soulful is a place where your soul feels at peace. It has been an amazing experience with Mansi. Mansi is a thorough professional who is amazing as a psychologist. She has really helped me understand myself better and work on myself to become better. She has a deep understanding of human emotions and always sees things with a positive intent. She makes you feel comfortable, helps you sort out your feelings and never judges, instead always tries to help you progress. I have managed to work on a lot of issues with Mansi and I am in a much better place now. I am so glad I found out about soulful. Highly recommend.

Dr Mansi is extremely experienced in her field and I was so happy I chose her for my anxiety and stress management treatment. She speaks to you like a friend which makes it easy for you to open up in front of your Counsellor. One thing that really stuck with me is that she recommends sustainable approaches to tackle your issues rather than recommending medicines. She always gets to the root cause of the problem which is also super helpful. Lastly her ability of keeping in touch with her clients from time to time and responding to every query makes you feel she values you as a client. Thanks Mansi - I will continue to go for booster sessions until I am completely healed.
