I was having a really hard time with my stomach. I couldn't even drink milk without feeling really sick, and I started thinking maybe I was lactose intolerant. I also had to avoid some of my favorite veggies like capsicum and cucumber because they just made my acid reflux worse. Feeling pretty stuck, I decided to see Dietician Ila Sharma. She's been helping people for over 15 years, so I hoped she could figure out what was wrong with me.

Ila Sharma's approach was totally different. First thing she did was cut out milk and those specific veggies that were making me feel bad. It wasn’t easy, but she helped me through it and made sure I was okay. Then, after a while, when my stomach started to feel better, she slowly began to add those foods back into my diet, one at a time, to see how I'd handle them.

I was surprised by how much better I felt. It turned out, with her help, I could eventually handle those foods again, in small amounts. Ila Sharma really knows her stuff, and she helped me in a way I didn't think was possible. If you have trouble with your stomach like I did, especially with acid reflux or milk, I really recommend talking to her. She changed my life

I have had an awful experience (better can say "tragedy") with Saksham Healthcare and I wouldn't like to recommend this to anyone.

I had visited this place on 29th June'22 with a lower pain in my Wife's abdomen. We've had done a lot of tests (BETA HCG, ULTRA SOUND, Pregnancy) and finally it went clear that this was not a normal pregnancy and there is some issue with PAIN (which must be caused by some other reasons). *** ****** *** *********** **** **** ****** ** **** **** **** ** * **** ** ******** ********* *** *** ****** ** ***** ** *** ** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ******** *** ********* ** **** *** ****** **** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ******* Every-time we visit the doctor or call them for the pain they say the same thing that there is no issue and it will be OKAY in few days. On 4th July'22 (late evening), my wife got a serious pain and almost fainted at home, I called Dr. Shikha and she recommended me to go to APOLLO CRADLE for EME visit. *** ****** ****** ** * ******** ***** **** **** ******** ** **** **** ** **** ***** *** *** ******** ********* The EME doctor and Shikha had advised for Wife's admission for two days and then they will check again.
