Visited Dr. Rakesh Goyal for a recurring back/disc issue. I was in a lot of pain and was unable to move much. He diagnosed the issue with a lot of patience and care. He spent a lot of time in explaining the situation as well as the course of action needed. He initially recommended a combination of medication with rest. Then as the situation progressed, he moved on to physiotherapy/exercise along with a bit of medication. As of now, I'm feeling much better and much more confident in going about my day. I would like to thank Dr. Goyal for his patience and guidance!

Dr. Goyal listened to the issue patiently and with kindness. He explained the situation and treatment required in detail. His medication and physiotherapy has worked quite well. He didn't push for surgery and focused on healing with exercises and some medicines.

Treated me with utmost humility, made me feel comfortable and explained every question I had patiently. The same attitude and level of service is reflected on the front office team, who helped me with the X-ray, explained every question I had and my whole experience was the best.
