Disappointed. Post meeting with Doc things didn’t improve. So we made SOS calls (twice) there was no response, Wattsapp messages went unattended. No empathy Doc. Still as I write this post there has not been a call back ! The medicines which were prescribed ( we checked hope they will be made available easily answer was YES) but in reality we had to struggle in 10 medical stores !

We called the assistant and made him speak for all 4 medicines & had to look for replacements than what was prescribed !!! Eventually we had to consult another Doc.

I suddenly started experiencing terrible pain in multiple joints due to which even routine activities were getting difficult.

After a few days of medications that did not provide much relief, I consulted him.

Not only did he listen to me patiently, but also took detailed history, quickly identified the problem and guided me very well.

Within three days of treatment there was an apparent difference and by the end of three weeks I was absolutely fine & Pain Free.

Follow-Up consultation with him is completely hassle free.

The clinic location is very convenient, patient friendly & wheelchair accessible as well.

Firstly, clinic was inaccessible for an injured person. It is in basement and there is some construction work going on. Stairs were broken and only ramp was functional. I had ligaent injury in my ankle and had to go up and down the ramp. No wheelchair to take patients in ad out of clinic. There was even sad kept in the clinic.

Doctor also did not explain much about injury. He just took one look at injury and wrote prescription without any further information/ investigation. ****** *** **** ** **** ******** **** ******** **** ***** ******** Overall a bad experience.

Our family go-to doctor for all ailments related to joint, spinal issues or old-age related bone issues. Cannot thank him enough for his diagnosis and treatment over the years for me and my aging parents.

Highly recommend him for his diagnosis and patience of listening to patient issues and giving clear directions regarding treatment and home remedies that mostly help along with medication.

He even gives telephonic/ video call appointments which were very convenient for my parents to continue treatment even though she lives in a different state.

I would highly recommend not to visit, the wait time was more than 45 mins and very unprofessional staff, kept on telling me that doctor is on the way its started from the 5th min to 45th and then my patience was over. Provided false info and my valuable time was lost.

Hygiene issue is a prime concern I went with my wife and two kids and the place top ceiling was leaking and it had mosquitoes all over when I complained to staff NO REACTION, which is really sad.

I have had my fair share of experience visiting doctors for different issues. *** ******** ** ** *** *** **** ****** **** * **** ********** ****. His easy to understand explanation of the problem, treatment, and friendly nature helped ease my mind and put me on the road to recovery.

The doctor was to the point and understood my issue. But he did seem to be in hurry. I had to make him listen. Requesting doctors to please listen to the patient. However, the condition of the clinic and waiting area was really bad. There was lot of dust due to construction.

I consulted Dr. Himanshu for my right hamstring pain which leads to spine injury.

Initial conversation with doctor was very informative but then he started proposing for endoscopic operation **** **** ***** ******* ***** ******* **** ***** ** ** *** ** ***** ******* ***** * ********* **********

He consulted me Rs.500 medicine afterwards ***** *** **** *** ******

I will not visit this doctor again

Have been in acute pain in my lower limbs for more than 4 years now. Have been made to run from post to pillar for one report and another.

When I met Dr Himanshu last year I was made to understand that I have flat feet (that too with local assessment) he recommended physiotherapy and some insoles. It was a miracle that I had been looking for all these times 99% of my pain has reduced am sure this 1% will also go away.

She is absolutely wonderful and very active while discussing the problem and it's remedy. She gives full attention and time to the patient and never in hurry to attend more patients by bypassing the under-treatment patients. Worth recommending to friends.
