Dear Mr Rahul... thank you for your feedback But contrary to your claim you were very well informed telephonically while confirming the appointment by our resident doctor regarding the cost of PPE kit(800/-) to be charged with consultation. Secondly This cost and other precautions to be taken by the patients are very well pasted as posters in all our clinics which is very much prominently visible. Thirdly you consented in written to the total payable cost i.e 1300 which includes consultation 500/- and PPE 800/- as well. Fourthly all our clinics are two dental chair setup, but in present times we have kept only one operational which is also duly sanitised before and after each patient. Sec 67 centre is still not functional after lockdown which was your first preference but you agreed to visit other centre, that was your choice. Because You didnot recieve any treatment from us I think your main issue is cost but that too we adjust all consultation charges in the treatment cost. We provide best value for money to each and every patient in terms of quality of treatment, doctors employed and person care we extend. Thanks for your time to write for us ! Regards
